HPSC offers counselling services for refugees, immigrants and newcomers through the following services/steps: - psychological testing and evaluation consist of a series of tests that help determine the cause of psychological symptoms and disorders, to determine the correct diagnosis and follow up with the appropriate course of treatment. - after the psychological evaluation, a diagnosis is given - with a diagnosis, treatment plan is placed - with the given information from the evaluation, a psychological report is presented to the proper authorities
