If you do not have insurance coverage, you can pay for psychotherapy treatment out of pocket. We accept cash, debit, and credit.

We typically do an intake assessment to determine individual needs, and then we would request for a doctor's referral/note as a secondary opinion on diagnosis. The necessity of a referral relies on the type of case, documentation needs, and the diagnosis.

An average treatment plan consists of ten 50-minute weekly sessions. However, treatment delivery and duration varies on a case by case basis.
